Licensing

Simple licensing is an important requirement when you incorporate components into your application. Sax.net products are licensed under one of three straightforward licensing models, depending on the platform and the type of product.

Per developer, royalty-free runtime deployment

This is the most common licensing model in the Sax.net product line. Each developer on your team requires a development license. The runtime components can be distributed freely with the compiled version of your application, subject to the terms of the license.

Per server licensing

This license is used for web and server components. You are required to purchase a server license for each server that contains the component.

OEM licensing

Highly advanced and specialized components with proprietary technology may require royalties for deployment.
